PS  Thank you so much for those who participated in my New Year’s Giveaway.  I love reading all those comments regarding the most memorable moments in 2016.  Most people are happiest spending time with their families and witnessing their milestones.  And there are some participants who had a so-so time last year.  Either way, the past is the past.  Let us embrace the present, it’s all we really have.

Glad you had a wonderful and festive holiday gathering with your family. I wish I could be more in the mood to do family gathering, simply yet my family are complicated.

This was beautiful Jo. I love those earrings that you wore to the Drake concert. I always love looking at your family photos. I love the interaction and quality time you spend with them. It’s so important. What a fabulous holiday! Glad you enjoyed. Yes, sometimes relationships come to an end. I’ve experienced many. Just know, new adventures open up and you meet new people.

I’m really glad that you decided to come back to blogging and this is such a beautiful post, Jo. Do you think it’s possible for your mum to share her curry recipe?

I know this is a late response, but I love this post Jo!
I love that such a wide variety of things bring you happiness, but it’s clear that family & friends bring the most joy to you :) The way you write about your family is so wonderful. I can tell how incredibly special they are.
You are so right about letting the past go. We cannot change it, but if we allow it, we can learn from it & grow. It is so important to live in the now, and really experience each moment & day. Thank you for the reminder!
